Kier, a part of Jobs for Humanity, is seeking a Project Manager for an approximately ยฃ20M commercial refurbishment in Falkirk. The role will be site based with some hybrid flexibility, 42.5 hours per week, and no sponsorship available. Responsibilities Lead and oversee project delivery, ensuring completion on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards Manage and mentor site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet programme requirements Act as the main client point of contact, building excellent relationships and identifying future opportunities Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies across all activities Collaborate with the commercial team to monitor financial performance and produce regular progress reports Qualifications Proven experience managing high-value construction projects within a main contracting environment Confidence leading multidisciplinary teams and building strong stakeholder relationships Relevant construction qualification (HND/Degree or equivalent) and membership with a professional body such as CIOB or ICE Essential certifications including SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid, and a driving licence Strong communication skills and experience working with NEC and JCT contract conditions Rewards and Benefits Kier offers a wide variety of benefits that can be tailored to your needs.
