Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil & Interiors to lead and deliver end-to-end execution of civil construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, quality control, cost management, and timely delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and design standards. With 10-15 years of work experience.

Responsibilities Set project timeline Monitor project deliverables Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Manage complete project lifecycle for civil construction and interior works , from planning to handover Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders Prepare project schedules, budgets, BOQs, resource plans, and cash flow forecasts Monitor on-site execution to ensure adherence to design, quality, safety, and timelines Supervise civil, MEP, and interior activities including finishing works Conduct site meetings, review progress, and resolve technical and execution challenges Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety norms Manage contractor performance, billing certification, and cost control Ensure timely procurement of materials and approval of samples Maintain proper project documentation and reporting to management Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
