Job Description
Homzinterio is looking for an experienced project manager for its Chennai operations. If you are a person working in Residential home interior industry, managing a team of atleast 3 to 5 site engineers and minimum of 20 projects overall then this position is for you ! Prerequisites : 1.
You should have done your BE in civil engineering. Other engineers/BSC in Interior designing and BArch are also welcome. 2. You should have minimum of 5 years of work experience in residential home interiors after completing your graduation and of that minimum 2 years as a team/project manger. 4. You should be fluent in English and any one regional language preferably Tamil. 5. You should be good at modular woodwork fittings, understanding 2D drawings, site measurements, hardware measurements and fittings, different material installations etc 6 Good verbal and email communication skills, team management, customer management and customer escalations management skills Job Description 1. Managing a team of site engineers 2. Ensure seamless project execution, client management and client escalations 3. Prepare project time line, Gantt Chart and monitoring of every work to ensure timely handover to every client 4.
