What Youll Own Youll lead projects end-to-endfrom preconstruction through closeoutwith full responsibility for: Project execution: schedule, budget, quality, and safety Planning & buyout: subcontractor selection, procurement, and contracts Financial performance: cost tracking, forecasting, change orders Client relationships: acting as the primary point of contact Team leadership: partnering with field teams and mentoring emerging talent This isnt a back-office PM role.

Youll be in the field, solving problems, driving outcomes, and making decisions that matter. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contract management Confidence navigating challenges, solving problems, and making decisions Ability to build trust with clients, subs, and internal teams ( PMP or other certifications are a plus, not a requirement ) Additional Details Based in Nashville, TN Regional travel as needed to project sites Project types: Commercial/Industrial (varied portfolio) Compensation: Competitive base + performance bonus (discussed transparently) RNGD is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
