Job Description Job Description Position: Project Manager Location: Austin, TX (Onsite/Corporate Headquarters) Reporting to: Program Manager Job Description: The Project Manager plays a critical role in the organization and will report directly to the Head of Strategy and Planning. This position requires working with high attention to detail and a sense of urgency. The Project Manager is responsible for developing and coordinating people and processes to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and achieving desired outcomes.

With a focus on time management, resource planning, and progress monitoring, the Project Manager keeps stakeholders informed throughout the entire life cycle of each corporate project. Essential Job Duties: Determine and define project scope and objectives, establishing clear and achievable project goals. Predict and allocate resources effectively and efficiently to achieve project objectives.

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, ensuring project milestones are consistently met. Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders, effectively communicating project strategy, adjustments, and progress. Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards to ensure successful project execution.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to maintain project trajectory. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize project outcomes. Conduct post-production retrospectives on all projects, gathering insights for future enhancements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates ownership and dedication to project success. Active listening skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills with a creative mindset for innovative solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey project updates effectively. Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately, ensuring timely resolution.

Capable of collaborating and interacting effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of project management and related experience. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Project, Visio, and PowerPoint. Experience in managing projects through the full life cycle.

Proven ability to communicate strategy effectively throughout the company. Experience in defining suitable metrics to measure performance and progress. Demonstrated ability to complete projects within outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Advanced knowledge of SharePoint. Experience in the insurance industry preferred.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Miscellaneous Requirements: Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8 AM โ€“ 5 PM, with occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate project demands.
