Job Title: Project Manager Location: Philadelphia, Pa (Hybrid) Job Description Experienced IT professional with a track record of success managing and delivering technology related projects. The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading all phases of the project life cycle. They will work with senior leadership and project sponsors to develop scope, approach, budget, and goals.

Responsibilities: Planning : Autonomously develop detailed project plans with tasks, resources, and dependencies. Ensure the plan is feasible from a resource, technical and budget perspective. Analysis : Ability to perform analysis, interpret and make recommendations and/or decisions.

Execution : Drive the completion of tasks by managing project team resources. Includes resolving issues to keep the project moving toward its completion goal. Monitoring and Controlling : Track current progress and control budget.

Handle project scope and budget changes according to organization process. Communication : Track and communicate progress, issues/risks, etc. to management and stakeholders. Resource Management : Manage team resources and allocation assigned to each project.

Risk Management : Log, track, communicate and proactively manage/mitigate issues/risks. Closing : Ensure project closing criteria are stated and the criteria met to close each project. Independently lead and manage large and high impact complex projects concurrently.

Support technology/software selection process including vendor evaluation and implementation planning Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Qualifications 10+ years of work experience in an IT department, 7+ years of work experience managing technology implementation projects Highly desired: Project management or previous experience with networks, infrastructure, Azure, servers, SAAS solutions, facilities, A/V, telephony and/or technical or security operations. Bachelor’s degree: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies Desired experience or familiarity with: Monday.com, Microsoft Teams 365, Legal Technology Software (Litera, Litify, Bighand, Intapp) Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, great customer service orientation Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Multitasking, time management; excellent organization skills and ability to meet rapid deadlines Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective professional relationships Able to adapt quickly to changing conditions and use influence to drive results ALLERE GROUP is a proud woman-owned business (WBENC certified) and active supporters of numerous philanthropic, volunteer, and fundraising endeavors.
