Job Description
Transform Calgary’s water services as a Project Engineer (Process) with The City of Calgary. This role focuses on project management and engineering oversight in water treatment and infrastructure development. As a Project Engineer, you'll manage the lifecycle of capital infrastructure in water services, from planning to execution.
This includes overseeing engineering design, tendering, and construction while ensuring all standards are met. Collaborate with multiple teams to drive innovation and efficiency in municipal operations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee selection of consultants, architects, and contractors • Ensure projects adhere to legal and regulatory standards • Validate engineering designs and manage construction oversight • Coordinate project scope, budget, and performance metrics • Facilitate resolution of project-related issues Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering field • 4-7 years of professional engineering experience preferred • Proven track record in project delivery and planning • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Willingness to perform site inspections and field visits Drive impactful change in Calgary’s essential infrastructure with your engineering expertise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
