Job Description

This is an 4 days a week onsite hybrid role in Fremont. Regular hours M-F (40 hours per week)

Top Skills Required:

  • Scheduling and Analytic tools (power BI, Excel, Teams)
  • Scheduling and evading meetings
  • 1-5 years of experience

Qualifications:

  • Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formatting, Graphing), also MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Some Experience with QuickBase helpful
  • Familiarity with SharePoint (Adding Site Content, Editing Views, Checking Permissions)
  • Basic PC setup (to be able to setup meeting rooms for design reviews)
  • Ability to work flexible work hours, including overtime when business needs dictates
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last minute changes with competing priorities.
  • Engineering Oriented Work Environment preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage meetings.
  • Set-up the meeting room for presentations.
  • Managing permissions on SharePoint, editing views etc.
