Programme Manager – Delivery Lead – Financial Services – InfoSec – Outside IR35 contract My financial services client is looking for a hands‑on Programme Manager / Delivery Lead to lead a critical initiative within their Information Security function. This is a high‑impact role with strong executive visibility, focused on regaining control of delivery pace, cost, and execution ahead of key security deadlines in 2026. You’ll take ownership of a complex programme, aligning previously siloed delivery streams into a value‑driven model that improves accountability, prioritisation, and delivery predictability.

Working closely with the CTO & CISO, you’ll lead from the front – challenging plans, navigating stakeholder complexity, and driving outcomes at pace. What we need: Proven project/programme leadership experience in financial services (essential) Strong track record delivering large‑scale information security, cyber or related initiatives Ability to operate hands‑on in the detail while steering strategic outcomes Expertise in value‑driven delivery , prioritisation, and cost control Confident stakeholder leader, able to influence across business and technology This is an immediate requirement for someone who can bring structure, pace, and cohesion to a business‑critical security programme.
