As a Program Manager - Learning Experience, you won’t just “manage operations.” you will own the learner journey end-to-end — shaping how individuals experience, engage with, and ultimately succeed in the program. This is a role for someone who likes to see things through, solve problems in real time, and continuously raise the bar on quality and outcomes.

What You’ll Do Own a cohort like it’s your own: From onboarding to completion, you will be the driving force behind a seamless learner journey. Create engaging learning experiences: Ensure high attendance, active participation, and a strong sense of community within your cohort. Be the go-to problem solver: Handle queries and escalations with clarity, speed, and empathy.

Drive operational excellence: Manage schedules, coordinate across teams, and ensure every session runs smoothly. Use data to improve outcomes: Track engagement, completion rates, and NPS — and turn insights into action. Collaborate and influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistently high-quality experience.

What We’re Looking For Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data and dashboards Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights High ownership and execution discipline; ability to take initiatives and drive outcomes independently Structured, detail-oriented approach to managing processes and workflows Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in program management, operations, or learner/customer experience roles is a plus 0–3 years of experience — this role is well-suited for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build strong foundations in program management, operations, and learner experience Why This Role at Kapable This is a role where your work will be visible, meaningful, and directly tied to real outcomes.
