You'll serve as the end-to-end delivery lead across all technology workstreams โ owning the program from Day 1 readiness through post-close stabilization. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Delivery (approx. 80%) Own the overall technology program plan, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical path Ensure technology readiness across Day 1 and post-close phases, coordinating across all impacted platforms and regions Drive on-time, on-scope delivery of all committed technology outcomes Establish and maintain integrated master schedules across workstreams Cross-Functional Coordination Orchestrate delivery across ERP, Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, HR, Finance, Legal, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Integration workstreams Act as the primary connection point between IT, business leaders, Finance, Legal, Security, and external vendors Align internal teams and system integrators to a single execution rhythm Governance, Risk & Issue Management Establish program governance structures, meeting cadences, and decision forums Proactively identify delivery risks, resourcing gaps, sequencing conflicts, and trade-offs Drive issue resolution and escalation with clear options and recommendations Track TSAs, dependencies, and exit criteria Executive Communication & Transparency (approx. 20%) Deliver concise, fact-based status reporting to senior and executive leadership Clearly communicate progress, risks, decisions required, and mitigation plans Translate complex technical topics into business-relevant insights Prepare steering materials, read-outs, and executive updates Change & Transition Management Coordinate technology cutovers, transition plans, and stabilization activities Ensure clean operational handoff to run-state teams post-go-live Capture lessons learned and embed improvements for future M&A activity Qualifications Required 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, with direct ownership of large, complex technology programs Proven experience leading technology workstreams in M&A, divestitures, or large-scale integrations Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes (ERP, data platforms, integrations, infrastructure) Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams under tight timelines Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills Experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors Strong risk management, dependency tracking, and decision facilitation skills Preferred Familiarity with TSA management, Day 1 / post-close planning, and separation strategies Background in data platforms, analytics, or digital transformation PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification Experience operating within an enterprise IMO or PMO model Proficiency with SAP ECC / S/4HANA, Snowflake, or similar enterprise platforms Fluid thanks you for your interest in this opportunity.
