Job Description Job Description Salary: $190,000 - $210,000 IMMEDIATE OPENING FULL TIME POSITION PROGRAM MANAGER Diversified Technologies, Inc. (DTI) is an international leader in the design and manufacture of high-power electrical equipment. Our exceptional engineers and scientists collaborate to develop the worlds most powerful radar transmitters, pulsed power units for state-of-the-art processing in food, energy and wastewater, and advanced R&D for national laboratories. DTI seeks a Program Manager to join its growing, high-technology business. DTIs work involves the design, construction, installation and testing of specialized, high-power electrical equipment for industrial and government applications. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to work in a challenging, innovative, fast-paced technical organization based in Bedford, Massachusetts. Responsibilities: Manage schedule, scope, and budget for engineering/production program(s) Plan, direct and coordinate program activities. Secure resources (staff, equipment, space) to program needs Take a "hands-on" approach to effective communications with engineers, technicians, and productions staff, to achieve program cost and schedule milestones Produce and edit internal and external documents (plans, reports) in support of program requirements Interface with customers, lead design reviews and status produce formal and informal status reports Monitor program progress to ensure detailed technical specifications are met, and all other contract requirements satisfied on budget and schedule Communicate program status and requirements to senior management Requirements: Bachelors degree; advanced degree in engineering or management preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong analytical skills, ability to multi-task Demonstrated knowledge of program management tools Established leadership and interpersonal skills, team building and conflict management Understand program cost accounting and basic financial analysis Experience with U.S. Government contracts a plus U.S. Citizen Compensation: Salary range $190,000 - $210,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
