Program Analyst

Job Description Job Description Salary: Program Analyst Position Overview The Program Analyst will support LBVAHCS project and space management efforts by turning program data into useful analysis, reports, charts, and planning tools. This role will help the VA make informed decisions by maintaining accurate project information, supporting site surveys and data collection, and preparing clear visual and written products for leadership and project teams. Key Responsibilities Perform data analysis, research, reporting, and database/spreadsheet organization Develop charts, visual presentations, tracking tools, dashboards, and project reports Support space management, project planning, patient projection research, and meeting preparation Assist with GIS/CAD-related support, site surveys, space moves, and compliance reviews Coordinate with the Program Manager, project teams, and VA stakeholders to maintain accurate project data Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree Minimum 2 years of data analytics experience Minimum 1 year of project management experience Required Skills Data analysis, Excel/spreadsheets, reporting, presentation development, and database organization Strong research, analytical thinking, and project coordination skills Ability to convert data into clear decision-support materials Certification Requirement None required Clearance Requirement VA background investigation / Public Trust Salary Range To be discussed
