Can you lead and deliver on production goals that are constantly growing and require a high attention to detail for customized engineered products? If so, read on. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead daily operations and ensuring targets for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity are consistently met Manage line flow and balance labor to maintain throughput adherence and prevent bottlenecks Maintain a strong floor presence, quickly addressing disruptions to keep production moving Facilitate daily start-up meetings to align on schedule, priorities, and known constraints Monitor and act on key assembly metrics including attainment, units per hour, first-pass yield, rework, and labor efficiency Drive accountability by ensuring team members understand daily targets and performance gaps Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude in understanding assembly processes, tools, fixtures, and equipment Support proper use and setup of torque tools, fixtures, and test equipment Partner with maintenance to quickly resolve equipment-related downtime Ensure operators are following correct build methods and using tools properly Experience & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in industrial assembly At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role Demonstrated ability to use production data to drive decision making on the floor Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot assembly and tooling issues Hands-on leadership style with consistent floor engagement Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and basic Microsoft Office tools KEY BENEFITS INCLUDE: 401k Paid vacation + sick time + paid holidays Friendly, employee-centric company culture Amazing health benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc) Client is offering a base of $100,000+DOE For immediate consideration, please send your resume to info@venturehiregroup.com!
