Production Manager

As we expand our Jaipur Spacebase, we're looking for a highly organized Production Manager to help build and operate the production systems behind Morni. The Role This role sits at the intersection of production, operations, and systems. You will help ensure every garment entering production leaves: on time at the expected quality level properly documented through a process that is becoming more scalable every month You will work directly with the founders, Design & Production Manager, tailors, pattern masters, embroiderers, and vendors to keep production moving smoothly. This is a role for someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, and building systems. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Execution Track all active orders and production timelines Coordinate production schedules across teams Ensure deadlines are met Identify and solve bottlenecks before they become problems Follow up relentlessly until tasks are completed Team Coordination Coordinate daily activities of: tailors pattern masters embroiderers finishing teams vendors and contractors Ensure clear communication across departments Maintain accountability and visibility Production Systems Build and maintain SOPs Help implement Airtable, Notion, AI tools, and production tracking systems Improve workflows and documentation Create repeatable processes that reduce chaos Quality & Dispatch Conduct production reviews and quality checks Ensure garments meet Morni standards before dispatch Track reworks, issues, and production improvements Oversee packaging and shipment readiness Inventory & Facility Operations Track fabrics, trims, and production materials Maintain production records Ensure smooth flow of materials entering and leaving the facility Ideal Candidate 3-7 years experience in garment production, operations, or manufacturing Strong organizational skills Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent follow-up and execution abilities Strong communication skills Comfortable using technology and AI tools Experience working with production teams preferred Bonus Points Experience with Airtable, Notion, ERP systems, or production software Experience working with artisan clusters Experience in premium apparel or fashion manufacturing Strong data and process mindset Interest in AI and workflow automation Who Will Thrive Here People who love building systems People who naturally create structure People who take ownership without being asked People who enjoy solving operational problems People excited by the future of fashion, technology, and production Growth Path This role has significant growth potential.
