Project Challenge This Product Manager will own an Access Control and Video Solutions portfolio, including the upcoming launch of our client video system and the transition toward a unified platform that combines Intrusion, Access Control, Visitor Management, and Video. Your Impact Define strategy, manage product roadmaps, and support delivery for Access Control and Video platforms. Own the full product lifecycle—from roadmap definition, feature prioritization, to working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales. Drive the integration of video surveillance, analytics, and management into the access control ecosystem and support customer migration from on‑premises systems to cloud solutions.

Interview Process Initial interview – 30 minutes focusing on product experience, stakeholder management, and domain expertise. Leadership/technical interview – 1 hour to evaluate strategic thinking, communication skills, and cultural fit. What You’ll Do Product Strategy Translate customer, market, and business requirements into functional product specifications.

Develop and maintain competitive product roadmaps across access control and video solutions. Product Lifecycle Management Manage the full lifecycle of products from concept to retirement. Define priorities based on market insights, company strategy, and product goals.

Video Solutions Ownership Own and drive the roadmap for video surveillance and video management offerings. Identify opportunities to integrate access control and video capabilities. Stay current on trends such as video analytics, AI‑driven surveillance, and cloud video.

New Product Opportunities Collaborate with Sales and leadership to identify growth opportunities and new product initiatives. Security and Standards Define standards for security, uptime/SLA, and user experience. Competitive Benchmarking Conduct analysis across competitors in access control and video markets.

New Product Introductions Support product launches, including requirements, prioritization, documentation, and market readiness. Relationship Management Build strong internal relationships across teams. Establish effective communication with external partners and stakeholders.

Collaboration Work closely with Engineering, Product Leadership, Sales & Marketing, QA, and Support teams to deliver unified security solutions worldwide. What You’ll Bring Core Skills 3–5+ years of Product Management experience. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and New Product Development in access control and video/security systems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Technical Understanding Familiarity with hardware/software integration (embedded, IoT, or similar environments).

Understanding of cloud‑based and on‑premise security systems. Nice‑to‑Have Experience Video management systems (VMS), IP cameras, video analytics. Experience transitioning products to cloud platforms.

Exposure to AI or advanced analytics in video/security. Your Approach Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently. Adaptable and comfortable in dynamic environments.
