Job Opportunity Do not have to reside in NYS Candidates must: Be able to travel onsite to Albany, NY as needed (at least a few times a month) Have Extensive Medicaid Experience At least 12 years procurement/ RFP writing or similar experience Meet all other requirements listed below Required Qualifications / Experience Required: Twelve (12) years of intensive and progressive experience in the applicable specialty field. Experience must include: Developing and/or managing business requirements and business processes to support the implementation of a Provider Management module. Bachelor's degree.

Core Responsibilities: Develop and document business and technical requirements for a Provider Management Module Request for Proposals (RFP). Assess current‐state provider business processes and translate them into future‐state processes and requirements. Conduct market research and produce insights on Provider Management systems, particularly those used in Medicaid programs nationwide.

Draft key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable business outcomes to support module implementation and evaluation. Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback on requirements and RFP documentation. Assist in creating an implementation strategy and timeline for deploying a Provider Management Module.

Develop bidder questions aligned with the RFP's scope, requirements, and evaluation criteria. Produce high‐quality, grammatically accurate RFP content and related documentation. Additional Requirements: Develop data and business requirements documentation in alignment with established state-specific processes and procedures.

Create clear, concise, and professional presentation materials for leadership and stakeholder review. Read, interpret, and summarize policy into actionable, easy‐to‐understand requirements and guidance. Support stakeholder engagement efforts by preparing materials, participating in discussions, and capturing feedback.
