Job Title: Procurement Manager / Purchase Manager Location: Bangalore Experience: 5 β 8 Years Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Procurement Manager with 3β5 years of experience in handling purchase operations, vendor management, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end procurement and ensuring timely delivery of materials for our projects. Key Responsibilities Handle complete procurement cycle from RFQ to Purchase Order (PO) Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules Prepare comparative statements and cost analysis Ensure timely procurement aligned with project timelines Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Projects, Accounts) Track orders and ensure on-time delivery Maintain vendor database and performance records Ensure compliance with tender and project requirements Key Requirements 5β8 years of experience in Procurement / Purchase Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain Experience in handling technical/industrial products (preferred) Exposure to government tenders/institutional procurement is an added advantage Qualifications Bachelorβs Degree (B.Com / BBA / Engineering preferred) CTC Range βΉ4 LPA β βΉ7 LPA (Based on experience & skillset)
