Procurement Manager

Job Title: Procurement Manager – ELV Systems Location: New Delhi Department: Procurement Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing and procurement of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems and related materials. The role requires strong vendor management, cost optimisation, and timely procurement to support ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ELV procurement and be able to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA systems, and networking components Develop and maintain a strong vendor base; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts Coordinate with project teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality compliance Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Ensure proper documentation, PO issuance, and procurement records Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict timelines Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field 10+ years of overall experience in procurement , with at least 3–4 years specifically in ELV procurement Strong knowledge of ELV products, vendors, and market pricing Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent project requirements Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, Epicor systems Preferred Profile: Experience in handling procurement for multiple project sites Familiarity with the Delhi/NCR vendor ecosystem Candidate should be available for immediate joining (within 10 days preferred) Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and internal stakeholders Note: This role requires close coordination with project teams and may involve occasional site visits based on project needs.
