Job Description
Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging, kitchen supplies, and vendor coordination. Monitor inventory levels across warehouse/store operations. Ensure timely stock replenishment and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Maintain purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and inventory records. Coordinate with vendors for pricing, negotiations, and delivery schedules. Track daily inward/outward stock movement and prepare inventory reports.
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation. Work closely with operations, kitchen, and finance teams for smooth supply chain management. Ensure quality standards and timely procurement processes.
Required Skills: Experience in procurement and inventory management. Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and inventory software. Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Prior experience in FMCG, F&B, retail, or cloud kitchen industry preferred.
