Responsibilities Administering vehicle allocation and ensuring timely fleet assignments. Coordinating procurement and negotiation processes for new vehicles. Managing the disposal and sale of fleet vehicles at the lifecycle\'s end.

Tracking and reporting on fuel card usage and fleet-related expenses. Administering expense management systems, including approvals and compliance reporting.
