Job Description One of our clients is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. The company is a leading supplier of automated microelectronic assembly machines and contract assembly services. This team is a rapidly growing engineering services and contract manufacturing organization supporting customers with complex microelectronics packaging challenges. As the team expands its capabilities and targets continued 20–30% annual growth, we are seeking experienced Process Engineers who can immediately contribute in a high‑mix, fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment. Responsibilities Work directly with customers to develop, optimize, and execute microelectronic packaging processes including die attach, wire bonding, and vacuum soldering. Operate autonomously while collaborating closely with internal teams. Manage multiple projects with aggressive timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical, or related discipline). 5+ years of hands‑on experience with process development and documentation in microelectronics packaging or related manufacturing environments. Demonstrated experience with die attach, wire bonding, and/or vacuum soldering.
Experience working in cleanroom environments.
