Position: Private Equity Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $130/hour Location: Remote Duration: Minimum four weeks Commitment: 10+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Evaluate financial models and provide insights to strengthen AI model outputs .

Review market sizing and TAM analysis for alignment with investment strategies. Develop comprehensive investment summaries and memos to guide decision-making. Collaborate on CIM creation and due diligence processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Process NDA/legal documents efficiently to support deal flow. Source potential deals and provide strategic recommendations for investment opportunities. Qualifications Must-Have At least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms.

Expertise in financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis . Proficiency in creating investment summaries and memos . Experience with CIM creation and due diligence .

Ability to process NDA/legal documents . Skills in sourcing for deals.
