Job Description
Principal Fire Engineer – Key Responsibilities Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from university buildings to high‑rise residential towers. Run through design information, liaise with other disciplines, and present designs to local authorities and the Fire Service. Advise the design team on safety improvements and changes to architecture. Assist the successful candidate in achieving professional registration via IFE and other organisations. Qualifications and Experience BSc (BEng) or MSc (MEng) in Fire, Structural, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience within the fire engineering consulting industry. Willingness to work from any UK major office. Knowledge of fire standards and software packages.
