Permanent, Full time. This role is based in our London Farringdon office (EC1A 1AA) three days per week.
We're looking for two talented Pricing Managers to join our Commercial team, supporting two key areas of our business: Parcels and Letters. These are high-impact roles at the heart of our pricing function, helping shape strategy, deliver commercial performance, and ensure pricing decisions drive revenue, competitiveness and long-term growth. About the Role As a Pricing Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering pricing strategy across either our Parcels (Β£4bn revenue) or Letters (Β£3bn revenue) portfolio.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Finance, Commercial, Legal and Operations to ensure pricing is commercially robust, compliant and aligned to business priorities. Key Responsibilities Support pricing strategy, tariff setting, modelling and implementation Drive pricing initiatives to support performance and transformation Analyse revenue, volume and margin to identify risks and opportunities Develop market insights and track performance through KPIs Influence senior stakeholders and support pricing governance and approvals Ensure all pricing is compliant with regulatory and legal requirements Provide pricing for tariffs, tenders and renewals, protecting margin and managing risk Be part of a small, high performing team fostering continuous improvement About you You're a commercially minded, analytical thinker with strong influencing skills, able to demonstrate: Strong commercial acumen and risk awareness Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders Strong financial and analytical capability Advanced Excel and modelling skills Ability to turn complex data into clear insights Excellent communication skills Desirable Experience in pricing or commercial strategy Knowledge of parcels, postal or regulated markets Understanding of pricing governance and implementation Why join us?
