Pre-Sales Executive | Onsite About Clion Care Clion Care is a leading hair transplant clinic with multiple branches across Gujarat. We work with patients at a deeply personal level -- helping them regain confidence through advanced hair restoration solutions. Our Ahmedabad team is growing and we are looking for one sharp, motivated individual to join us in a front-line patient engagement role.

Who We Are Looking For Someone who has 6 months to 1.5 years of work experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer handling, has worked in at least one company before, and is now looking for a role with real growth, better mentorship, and stronger earning potential. Healthcare or wellness background is preferred but not mandatory if you have the right attitude and communication skills. This is not a fresher role.

We want someone who already knows what it means to talk to people, handle objections, and follow a process -- and is ready to do it at a higher level. What You Will Do Handle inbound inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and chat Have genuine, consultative conversations with prospective patients about their concerns and expectations Qualify leads and schedule consultations with our clinical team Follow up with prospects who have attended consultations but not yet converted Manage 10 to 15 leads per day with discipline and accuracy Maintain records in CRM and spreadsheets provided by the company What We Are Looking For 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, tele-sales, or customer handling Proficient in English communication -- spoken and written Comfortable in Hindi and Gujarati for natural patient conversations Empathetic and professional when handling sensitive topics like hair loss Comfortable with WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and CRM tools Disciplined, target-oriented, and reliable Healthcare or wellness industry background preferred Compensation Fixed: 15,000 to 30,000 per month based on experience and interview performance Incentive: Performance-based incentive per confirmed consultation -- details discussed at offer stage Total earning potential increases significantly with consistent performance What You Get at Clion Complete end-to-end training from day one -- you will not be thrown in without support Direct reporting to the Business Head with regular feedback and mentorship Clear growth path: once you are strong in pre-sales, you move into sales closing with higher earning potential and team lead responsibility A role where your work directly impacts real people making important personal decisions How to Apply Directly/Mail your resume at with a message what makes you right fit for this role
