Job Title: Power Platform/Copilot Studio Developer Location: 411014, Pune, Maharashtra, India Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 5–7 years of experience in building business applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio, with a proven ability to design and deliver production-grade solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) Build and manage Power Automate workflows, including complex cloud flows, orchestration, and error handling Develop intelligent conversational solutions using Copilot Studio for enterprise automation scenarios Architect and implement robust data models in Dataverse, including relationships, business rules, and data governance Define and manage security models, including roles, permissions, and access controls within Dataverse Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems using standard connectors and APIs Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed solutions Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes Work independently while contributing effectively within a fast-paced, delivery-focused team environment Required Skills & Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in developing business applications and automation solutions 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform Strong expertise in: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) Power Automate (complex workflows, error handling) Dataverse (data modeling, relationships, security design) Copilot Studio (chatbots and automation use cases) Experience with API integrations and enterprise system connectivity Solid understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) within Power Platform Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
