Power Platform Developer - 100% Remote Location: 100% Remote Shift Timings: US (Overlapping of EST hours) Budget: 1.0 LPM Experience Level: Min. 7+ years Mandatory Key Skills: 7+ years of experience developing Power Automate automations. Strong hands-on skills with exception handling, data manipulation, and system integrations. Proven experience ensuring automations are production ready (logging, recoverability, run state reporting, alerting) Experience creating automations integrating Power Automate Cloud Flows, Microsoft 365 services, and existing services. Ability to reverse-engineer automation logic and rebuild workflows efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently troubleshoot complex automation issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to operate with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of Blue Prism (development, analysis, or support) to assist with migration assessment. Familiarity with other Power Platform components such as Power Apps. Experience with RPA modernization or migration projects.

Background in automation governance, credential handling, and environment management. Experience with defining test strategies and edge case planning. Microsoft certifications such as PL‑400, PL‑500, PL‑900.
