Family-Owned Atmosphere - You're part of a team that genuinely cares Collaborative Environment - Work alongside people who support your success Company Events & Team Building - From BBQs to holiday gatherings Values-Driven Workplace - Built on integrity, respect, and strong relationships What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee plumbing construction projects from initial planning through final completion Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, and subcontractors to keep projects on track Manage budgets, costs, and profitability Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction Visit job sites to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance Support and lead field teams to meet performance goals Maintain organized documentation including RFIs, submittals, and project reports Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch) Compensation Base salary $75,000 annually Additional performance-based bonuses twice per year Benefits & Perks 100% employer-paid medical insurance (for employee) Dental and vision coverage Supplemental insurance options (including cancer coverage) Short-term and long-term disability Company-paid life insurance 3 weeks PTO (accrued immediately, available after 90 days) 6 paid holidays 401(k) with company contributions Career advancement and professional development opportunities What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record At least 2 years of experience managing construction or plumbing projects Ability to manage projects from kickoff through closeout Experience handling budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Familiarity with project management tools (ServiceTitan, Procore, Smartsheet, etc.) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Texas Plumbing License (or willingness to obtain) Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment If you're ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values your growth, recognizes your contributions, and treats you like part of the family, we'd love to hear from you.
