The Role We are looking for a Platform Engineer with 1–3 years of experience who views infrastructure as a product. In this role, you won't just be "managing servers"; you will be building the high-throughput pipelines and scalable foundations that empower our entire engineering team.

The ideal candidate is a "free thinker" who is obsessed with efficiency—someone who takes pride in making a system 10x more scalable while simultaneously driving down the cloud bill. You will have a high degree of ownership over our CI/CD, cloud instrumentation, and database architecture. Key Responsibilities High-Throughput CI/CD: Design and implement automated pipelines that are fast, reliable, and capable of handling high-frequency deployments without bottlenecks.

Cloud Cost Engineering: Implement deep instrumentation and tagging strategies to track every cent spent in the cloud. You will lead the charge in identifying waste and optimizing resource allocation. Database Stewardship: Own our database infrastructure.

You will be responsible for driving down architectural complexity, optimizing queries, and choosing the most cost-effective storage solutions. Scaling & Reliability: Build a platform that scales seamlessly with user growth. You will anticipate bottlenecks before they happen and implement self-healing infrastructure.

Ownership & Innovation: We value free thinking. You are encouraged to challenge existing setups and propose modern, "lean" alternatives that improve performance while reducing overhead. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1–3 years in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform role.

Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with AWS (or similar providers) with a specific focus on cost-management tools and serverless/containerized scaling. Automation Mindset: Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins). Database Knowledge: Comfortable managing and scaling SQL/NoSQL databases, with an eye for reducing redundant complexity.
