PHE and FPS Engineer

Supports MEP services delivery with a focus on health, safety, and subcontractor wellbeing. Liaises with clients, contractors, and consultants while developing core knowledge and skills. Demonstrates drive and enthusiasm, taking ownership of professional growth to contribute effectively to project success and uphold Mace’s standards of excellence.

You’ll be responsible for: Collaborate within the project team, ensuring clear communication and coordination of activities. Assist in MEP design analysis, rectification, and completion while developing engineering knowledge and management skills. Support coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and package interfaces to achieve project deliverables.

Liaise with clients, design, and construction teams, contributing to risk identification and mitigation planning. Engage with modern methods of construction, learning digital technologies and prefabrication practices. Uphold Mace standards and strategies, contributing to net zero carbon transition through proactive emissions management.
