Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sector, is seeking a Performance Engineer to join their team. As a Performance Engineer, you will be part of the Performance Engineering department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Performance Engineer Location: Chandler, AZ What's the Job? Design and execute performance, load, and capacity tests across distributed systems Build, maintain, and enhance test scripts using LoadRunner and Postman Analyze performance across microservices running in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments Monitor system behavior using observability tools to identify performance trends and anomalies Perform deep root cause analysis across application, infrastructure, and network layers What's Needed? Proven performance engineering experience, including performance tuning and root cause analysis Strong expertise with LoadRunner, scripting, and test execution Hands‑on API/backend performance testing experience with REST APIs Solid scripting/programming skills in C#, Java, or Python Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift What's in it for me?
