Hiring for Payroll Manager (India) to manage end-to-end payroll operations and employee benefits for India workforce. This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong statutory compliance knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll delivery. Key Responsibilities: โข Execute and validate monthly payroll with precision โข Manage employee benefits including PF, ESI, gratuity, insurance, and bonus โข Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls โข Partner with stakeholders and payroll vendors to resolve queries โข Oversee payroll reporting, MIS, and system optimization (GreytHR) Ideal Candidate: โข 6โ8 years of payroll experience, preferably in the BPO sector โข Strong expertise in Indian payroll compliance and taxation โข Experience with payroll systems and vendor coordination โข Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Apply to siroja@livecjobs.com or reach out to 7207927380 (Whatsapp)
