Job Description Job Description Payroll Analyst PMOUNTJP00001151 Hourly pay: $50/hr Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Los Angeles, CA 90038 - Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL 40 hours/week, 7 Month Assignment A leading digital streaming network seeks a Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations during Oracle testing by ensuring accurate payroll processing, data integrity, and compliance across a large, multi-state, union environment. This role involves payroll adjustments, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while supporting time-sensitive projects and system-related initiatives. Payroll Analyst Responsibilities: Process end-to-end multi-frequency union and non-union payrolls, including SAP payroll adjustments, garnishments, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Perform audits and reconciliations of HR and payroll data, including payroll integrations, bank files, and multistate tax requirements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Support Oracle testing and system-related projects, including data entry, schedule updates, payroll testing, and special assignments with strict deadlines. Generate ad hoc reports, maintain payroll records, and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, providing timely and accurate resolutions.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity, support compliance (including SOX), monitor regulatory updates, and ensure smooth payroll operations. Payroll Analyst Qualifications: 3+ years of payroll experience in a large company setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Demonstrated understanding of payroll processes, including the relationship between HR policies/programs and payroll operations. Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or other major HCM systems is preferred. Experience with multi-frequency union payroll processing is highly preferred.

Shift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
