At PUBLIC West Hollywood, service remains intentional at every hour. We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Overnight Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations during nighttime hours. In this pivotal role, you will oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensure exceptional guest services, and maintain smooth front desk operations throughout the night. Your leadership will help create a welcoming, efficient, and secure environment for guests and staff alike. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while ensuring the highest standards of guest relations are met during overnight shifts. Responsibilities Manage all front desk activities during overnight hours, including guest arrivals, departures, and inquiries Supervise night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Oversee the operation of multi-line phone systems, handling reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with phone etiquette and professionalism Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained Handle guest complaints or issues with tact and efficiency, escalating when necessary to resolve problems swiftly Maintain security protocols at the front desk, including monitoring access points and ensuring guest safety throughout the night Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a focus on front desk operations Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, emphasizing guest relations and hospitality standards Partner with Security, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments to address building issues, guest disturbances, emergencies, room discrepancies, and service disruptions. Maintain advanced working knowledge of systems used in overnight operations, including StayNTouch, Knowcross, PBX, POS, payment processing platforms, room status tools, and internal communication systems.
