Responsibilities Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory Conduct in-home consultations to present our roofing products and services effectively Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve sales targets consistently Follow up with leads promptly to convert them into satisfied customers Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with professionalism and integrity, ensuring client satisfaction at every step of the process Qualifications Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years Experience using a CRM is preferred Experience in sales to effectively connect with potential clients Proven track record of closing sales deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently Compensation Compensation: $90,000 - $140,000 yearly + commission #J-18808-Ljbffr
