Outside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities Establish, build, and maintain customer relationships Professional and courteous ongoing contact with customers before, during and after a sale Establishes and maintains relationships with key influencers of assigned contractors and/or strategic partners Make sales calls to new and existing customers, architects, contractors, designers, and building ownersDevelops and delivers sales presentations for new and existing customers in coordination with internal or vendor sale representatives Trainings Attend and participate in required company training session and essential vendor trainings Support our values in the stand areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Effective and skillful communication skills, negotiation, and computer skills along with the drive and passion to succeed Great interpersonal skills and social competency Professional demeanor, organized and reliable Effective and skillful communication skills Ambition, a strong work ethic, and a student mentality Result driven attitude Must have at least 5 years of previous experience in Sales in Construction Supply Industry Construction Supplies (Power Tools, Hand Tools, Fasteners, Safety Supplies and Hardware) Building Materials Reports To District Manager Compensation The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position. The actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market. This is a full‑time position with competitive pay and benefits.
