Job Description
We are seeking a driven and strategic Outbound Sales Representative to lead new business growth by prospecting, engaging, and acquiring net-new clients. This role is focused on building pipeline through outbound sales efforts and closing high-value deals centered on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. You will play a critical role in expanding market presence, shaping outbound strategy, and delivering measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities Own and drive new business acquisition through outbound sales strategies (cold outreach, account-based selling, and targeted campaigns) Build, manage, and execute a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid-market opportunities Sell Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including: Experience Manager (Sites & Assets) Adobe Target Real-Time CDP Customer Journey Analytics Develop and refine outbound messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to key buyer personas Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through close, including discovery, demos, proposal development, and negotiation Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and solution consultants to drive engagement and conversion Mentor and guide outbound sales team members (if applicable), helping elevate performance and best practices Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting within CRM tools Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Adobe product innovations Qualifications 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong focus on outbound/new business development Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing net-new logo deals Experience selling Adobe Experience Cloud or similar digital experience / martech platforms Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management Demonstrated success in prospecting and building pipeline from scratch Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft) Experience leading or mentoring sales teams is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
