Job Description

We are currently looking for a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a vital part in designing and developing initiatives that foster thriving learning cultures, drive change, and enhance performance. Collaborating closely with caregivers and leaders, you will identify organizational needs and create data‑driven solutions that align with strategic goals.

Your expertise in project management will be essential in effectively planning and executing these initiatives, ensuring clear objectives and measurable outcomes are achieved for maximum impact. Accountabilities Assist with assessments of needs and co‑create solutions. Implement initiatives that support workflow design and cultural adaptations.

Plan and facilitate learning workshops and conversations for leaders and caregivers. Leverage AI, design thinking, and adult learning strategies to enhance capabilities. Translate complex concepts into practical tools and materials.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement change and technology solutions. Coordinate and track progress on large projects and support deliverables. Foster a collaborative mindset in all interactions.

Requirements Experience in organizational change management and adoption. Familiarity with learning and facilitation methods. Knowledge of workforce design principles and workflow improvement.

Project management experience, particularly with small projects. Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders. Experience working in a matrixed organization.Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable outputs.
