Oracle Consultant

Location: Remote Working (with very occasional travel to London site) Engagement Type: Contract (Inside IR35) Start date: Asap Project duration: 3 months + rolling extensions into longer term of 2-3 years About the Role: For our client in the public sector, we are looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join their HR Transformation programme. Acting as a bridge between functional requirements and solution architecture. Contributing to solution design and long-term maintainability of HCM applications.

Building and maintaining effective delivery roadmaps for HR modules. Interacting with product owners and stakeholders to clarify complex requirements. Collaborating with other engineers and properly documenting your design & solutions.

R equired Skills: Strong Oracle HCM Functional advisory skills (Core HR, Payroll, or Recruitment) Deep expertise in Solution Architecture within the Oracle ecosystem Experience in high-impact, large-scale HR Transformation initiatives Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Previous experience working within complex public sector environments Hands-on experience with Cloud-based HRIS platforms Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) Preferred Skills: Experience with integrated Payroll and Finance modules Proven track record in long-term project delivery (12-24 months) Must Have Skills: Oracle HCM Solution Architecture Public Sector Experience Digisourced is supporting a client on a contract Oracle Consultant requirement for delivery on an international programme.
