Operations Manager

Job Description Job Description Salary: Super Service Today is a fast-paced, 24/7 residential service company, and were looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to drive daily performance and execution across our HVAC, plumbing, and drain divisions. This role is all about ownership, accountability, and making sure operations run efficiently every single day. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and profitably Manage scheduling, dispatch, and workflow across departments Track and improve KPIs (revenue, conversion, average ticket, performance) Identify and solve operational issues in real time Enforce processes and hold teams accountable Work closely with CSRs, dispatch, and field technicians to maintain smooth operations Ensure a high-level customer experience from start to finish Requirements: Experience in operations within HVAC, plumbing, or home services Strong knowledge of dispatching and field service operations Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and ownership Hands-on leader who can execute, not just delegate Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Growth opportunity in a fast-growing company High-impact role with direct influence on company performance
