About the Company Phoenix Business Advisory is a growing business migration and advisory firm specializing in international business setup, investor visas, and migration solutions for countries like the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and UAE. About the Role The role involves handling end-to-end documentation and processing for business migration and investor visa cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process. Responsibilities Handle end-to-end documentation and processing for business migration and investor visa cases.

Manage cases related to L1 Visa, EB5, E2, business migration, investor visas, and international business setup processes. Review client documents and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Prepare and organize petitions, application files, and supporting documentation.

Coordinate with clients regarding document collection, updates, and case progress. Draft and assist in preparing business plans for immigration and investor visa application Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research required for business plan preparation. Maintain proper case records and update internal tracking systems regularly.

Follow up with internal teams and external authorities for case status updates. Ensure timely submission of applications and adherence to deadlines. Assist the senior operations team in maintaining quality standards and compliance procedures.

Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information regarding visa and migration processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field 3+ years of experience in visa processing, immigration documentation, operations, or business plan preparation. Knowledge of L1 Visa, EB5, E2, investor visa, and business migration processes will be preferred.

Required Skills Strong attention to detail and documentation. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of business plans, financial projections, and market research.

Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office and documentation to tools Experience in business migration or investor visa processes will be an added advantage.
