Job Description Job Description Operations Manager Location: Chandler, AZ Pay: Starting at $100,000 + performance bonuses Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-Call: Rotating availability for emergency support The Engine Behind the Operation This role sits at the center of everything - dispatch, customer service, technicians, and overall performance. What You'll Do Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and customer service operations Lead, coach, and develop dispatchers, CSRs, and field technicians Ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently based on urgency, location, and skillset Monitor KPIs, reporting, and team performance Review completed jobs for accuracy, missed opportunities, and training needs Act as escalation point for customer concerns and service issues Approve estimates, invoicing, timecards, and payroll incentives Partner with leadership on operational strategy and process improvements Maintain ServiceTitan accuracy across all job and customer records Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives What You Bring 5+ years of experience managing operations, dispatch, or service teams Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and hold teams accountable Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services preferred High-level problem-solving and decision-making ability Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with ServiceTitan or similar systems What You'll Get Leadership role with direct impact on company performance Stable, full-time schedule Performance-based bonus opportunities Supportive leadership and team environment Opportunity to build and improve systems and processes Long-term growth as the company expands Why It Matters A strong Operations Manager keeps the entire business moving.
