What You’ll Do: Own end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces like Amazon & Flipkart Oversee inventory planning, stock availability, and coordination with warehouse/logistics Monitor daily order flow, returns, cancellations, and ensure smooth fulfillment Track and improve key metrics like sales, conversion rate, and order accuracy Resolve platform and customer escalations in a timely manner Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain account health Work closely with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution and demand planning Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements Generate MIS reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders Lead and manage the operations team, driving accountability and performance What We’re Looking For: 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms Good understanding of cataloging, inventory management, and order lifecycle Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands/products efficiently Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving attitude with a focus on execution and ownership Prior experience in team handling or leadership role is preferred
