Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities ā Junk Hauling Maintain schedule and staffing for the Hauling team. Perform scheduled hauling estimates not performed by the GM. Sign off on daily junkāhauling employee log sheets; reviews approved by GM.
Make confirmation calls for all jobs and confirm details. Calculate daily job revenue and labor costs for junk hauling; reviewed by GM. Oversee all truck captains and wingmen for junk hauling.
Act as the first point of contact for junkāhauling captains/wingmen while on jobs. Ensure uniform compliance for all junkāhauling team members. Oversee truck cleaning, yard and garage upkeep.
Maintain metal and paper recycling; report daily recovery to GM. Implement new training programs for truck captains and wingmen; train all new junkāhauling employees. Stay informed of required skill and qualification levels; circulate relevant information.
Manage reporting of management and financial information for sales and marketing. Staff are punctual, scheduled, and comply with the 23% monthly laborācost goal. Captains and wingmen attend morning role call and all jobs.

Assist the team in opening and closing day. Complete and distribute schedules for junkāhauling and moving management. Oversee truck maintenance.
Prepare and submit moving financial reports to GM. Implement and maintain training programs for moving captains and wingmen. Train all new moving employees.
Stay informed of required skill and qualification levels; circulate relevant information. Manage reporting for sales and marketing. Maintain staff onātime attendance and meet the 23% monthly laborācost goal.
Staff receive scaling indicators: punctuality, compliance, and achievement of monthly revenue and profit goals. About You Outgoing, energetic, customerāservice oriented, and passionate about solving problems. You thrive in a fastāpaced, startup environment, multitask effectively, and use Microsoft Office.
You have strong leadership, logistics, and communication skills, and a drive to grow with the company. Compensation $30,000 ā $45,000 per year plus opportunities for bonuses, profit sharing, companyāpaid fuel, and vehicle.
