This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support managers, drive standards, and help give children the best possible start in life. About the Role You’ll oversee several nurseries, working closely with teams to deliver outstanding care, compliance, and education. Responsibilities Lead, coach and support Nursery Managers Ensure compliance with Ofsted and EYFS Monitor occupancy and financial performance Support recruitment, retention and staff training Act as a link between settings and senior leadership Champion safeguarding, inclusion, and health & safety Drive continuous improvement Qualifications Experience in a senior or multi-site early years leadership role Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (Level 5+ desirable) Strong understanding of EYFS, Ofsted standards, and nursery operations Confident leadership and communication skills Organised, approachable, and solutions-focused Able to travel across the region Required Skills Experience in a senior or multi-site early years leadership role Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (Level 5+ desirable) Strong understanding of EYFS, Ofsted standards, and nursery operations Confident leadership and communication skills Organised, approachable, and solutions-focused Able to travel across the region Pay range and compensation package We are pleased to now offer a 75% childcare discount to our staff, supporting working parents in balancing their careers and family life.
