Weβre Hiring: Delivery Manager β International Voice Process (US Process) for a global IT service provider out of Chennai / Night Shift (US Shift) - 12+ Years Experience We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end Back office/ call center operations for our US clients. If you have strong leadership skills, client-facing experience, and a passion for driving operational excellence, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: β’ Manage overall delivery for US Back office/ call center operations β’ Act as the primary point of contact for client engagement and escalations β’ Drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery What Weβre Looking For: β 12+ years of experience in BPO / Call Center / ITES β Proven experience in managing US process and night shift operations β Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills β Excellent communication and leadership abilities β Experience handling large teams and complex operations
