As we scale our impact, we are looking for a proactive, results-driven Operations Manager to champion operational excellence and drive the execution of our strategic initiatives.The Role You will serve as the engine of our daily operations.

Working directly with founders, curriculum developers, technical teams, and marketing, you will ensure our programs run seamlessly and provide an outstanding experience for our students.Key Responsibilities Program Operations: Own the end-to-end management of program schedules, workflows, and student support activities. Ensure the flawless execution of live sessions, workshops, and events. Process Optimization: Design and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline internal workflows and enhance scalability.

Project Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams (Content, Tech, Marketing) to ensure milestones are hit, deliverables are met, and projects remain on track. Product Collaboration: Partner with the technical team to prioritize platform enhancements and maintain comprehensive documentation. Growth Support: Drive student acquisition and retention by supporting webinars and recruitment campaigns, while using data-driven insights to track performance metrics and inform leadership.

What We Are Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, Education, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3–7 years in Operations, Program/Project Management, or the EdTech sector. Technical Proficiency: Fluency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Google Workspace).

Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, strong stakeholder management, and an analytical mindset. You should be comfortable translating data into actionable business improvements. Preferred: Prior experience in startups, remote team management, or digital learning platforms is highly desirable.
