Operations Finance Senior Analyst Role

Drive financial insights and reporting as a Senior Analyst in Operations Finance at our Canadian facility. Reporting to the Manager of Operations Finance, you will act as a Finance Business Partner to manufacturing leaders.

Your expertise in data capabilities and ERP systems (like Sage) will be crucial as you provide insightful analyses and support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: • Lead monthly Operations Finance reporting including variance analysis • Analyze and validate ERP financial data for accuracy • Own monthly margin reporting across multiple data sources • Interpret manufacturing and budget variances for insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial decision impacts Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 2-4 years of experience in operations finance or FP&A • Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling • Experience with ERP systems, especially Sage • CPA designation preferred or in progress Utilize your financial acumen in this pivotal role to support manufacturing leaders and enhance operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
