7-MEOM/LW Office Manager/Assistant Automotive Technology 3 Month Temp Up to Β£23p/hr + holiday, depending on experience ASAP Start West End Office-Based About the Client: Our client is a globally recognised automotive technology organisation and leading supplier to the automotive industry, offering an exciting opportunity to join their London team as a temporary Office Manager/Assistant on a 3-month assignment. About the Role: This is a 3-month temporary assignment starting as soon as possible. The client is looking for an engaging and resourceful Office Manager / Assistant who can juggle a range of priorities.
The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Maintaining office and kitchen supplies. Coordinate meeting room bookings, office events, visitor management, and general workspace organisation.
Meeting and greeting guests, as required. Provide administrative support to the CHRO and wider team. Additional administrative tasks, as required.
Candidate Specification: Previous experience in an Office Assistant or Office Manager. Strong MS Office skills. Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Adaptable and flexible, with a hands-on approach and keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and problem-solve proactively.
